UK & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Pre-Orders
- If your item is marked as “Pre-Order,” the estimated dispatch window will be shown on the product page and at checkout.
- Orders will be dispatched within this timeframe. If you require an item sooner, please email orders@bluedalia.com before purchasing. While we will try to accommodate requests, earlier delivery cannot be guaranteed.
In Stock
In-stock items are dispatched within 1– 3working days (plus delivery time).
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):
- UK: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 2 – 4 business days
- USA: 4 – 8 business days
- Canada: 4 – 8business days
- Rest of World: 6 –12 business days
Important Information
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday) are usually processed the same day, unless marked as pre-order or made-to-order.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday.
- Fulfilment may take longer during peak periods (such as new releases, holidays, or sales).
- If your order requires additional verification, processing will begin once the requested information is received.
- Where an order includes pre-order or lead-time items, the entire order will ship within the stated timeframe.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended (including item, size, or shipping address changes) as processing begins immediately.
Delivery Confirmation
If you choose delivery without a signature (e.g., via DHL OnDemand) or instruct delivery to a neighbour, Bleu Dália is not liable for loss or damage once the parcel is marked as delivered.
Customs Clearance
International delivery times may be affected by customs procedures. These are outside our control.
Delivery Issues
Any delivery issues must be reported to us within 7 days of dispatch. Reports made after this period cannot be investigated or compensated.
If a parcel is returned due to missed or refused delivery, a return shipping fee will be charged before resending.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your local authority.
- These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
- We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand potential costs.
Important Notes
- Bleu Dália is not responsible for customs charges, import duties, or clearance delays.
- If customs fees are refused or left unpaid and the parcel is returned, the order will be treated as non-refundable.
- All shipping and return costs arising from customs refusal will be borne by the customer.
- Return shipping and handling costs must be paid in full before any item is re-shipped or further requests are processed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be fully informed about and prepared to pay any customs charges related to their delivery.
