If your item arrives damaged or defective, our Customer Care team will work with you to resolve the issue. In such cases, we may offer a replacement, an exchange, or store credit. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- You may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
- To begin the process, email orders@bluedalia.com with your order number and details.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags intact, unworn, unwashed, odour-free, and free from stains, marks, or alterations.
- Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions by email.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items marked final sale or promotional sale items
- Gift cards and store credit
All items must be received in pristine condition, with original tags, hygiene seals, and packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you.
Shipping for Returns
- All exchanges must be authorised by Customer Care before return.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.
- A tracked and insured courier service must be used; Bleu Dália accepts no responsibility for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
- Tracking details must be provided once shipped.
